Two young neopro on the spotlight for the team Wilier Triestina – Selle Italia in the 5th stage of the Tour de Langkawi with uphill finish on Cameron Higlands.

At the beginning of the stage Massimo Rosa has joined the breakaway of six riders including Wackermann, Osorio, Zhang, Zawawi and Jumari.

The piemontese rider was, together with Osorio, the last rider to resist the come back of the peloton where Ovechkin was attacking to achieve the win and the leadership in the general classification.

In the bunch of the leaders good race for Luca Raggio who ended in 9th place 1’10” behind Ovechkin and now is 10th in GC.

Tomorrow 108 kms all flat with finish line in Tanjung Malim
